The lady staff at Counter 2 was very gentle, polite and really helpful. Even though my request for a replacement sim card wasn't successful due to new rules for safety and I was unwell and upset (but neither to her nor this branch), her service mind was truly impressive. She was so patient to explain the reason to me until I could understand. Ultimately, if I need to get a new number instead, I would love to come here for that despite a long distance traveling. Thank you all very much once again for your fast and great services.

Best staff, best prices, best location
They speak good english, worker showed us plans, discussed possibilities and activated 2 e-sim cards(process of maximum 15min). You can ask for either physical sim card or e-sim (highly recommended as you wont loose your original one). Also do not forget passports.
tourist e-sim card --100GB + free 3GB (all 5G internet + local AIS SUPER WIFI for free) all that for 30 DAYS!!!!!!!! for a price just of 450 bath for one person
The store is located on the 4th floor right in front of escalators, if you cant find that, stuff of Siam Paragon will be happy to help.
Attention - do not buy AIS sim card at Airport, the price will be at least 900 bath and just for 50GB of 5G internet.

Very fast and easy to purchase and do the setup - even though there were many customers.

There is a counter for foreigners. You can get a post paid internet service with max internet speed and you can cancel it later before you went back to your home country.

I was unable to renew my 30 day “tourists” data plan online (possibly my fault) so I popped into this store and they fixed me up after a 15-minute wait. Good service in English and a good overall experience but do it online if you can!
great service, got a 1-month phone plan for tourists which only cost 250 baht (unlimited data in 4G at 15 mbit/sec.)!
I have had excellent (quick and efficient) service on two trips to this office. And I'm a non-tech person who doesn't have the patience or interest in working with these electronics. So the staff was great!
This store had the friendliest and most accommodating staff. They assisted as much as they could in English and I ended up having 3 staff assisting with my translation and SIM card request. All were very helpful and the AIS sim is working amazing!!!
Walked in and was immediately helped by the staff to get a waiting ticket. I had read that there was a promotion for 30 days unlimited data at 10mbps for 200bht with free WiFi and these guys hooked me up. For some reason they don't give these deals at the airport (BKK). They also setup both of our phones with the new SIMs.
